Put an active spin on a playing card game. Here’s how it works:

Each suit represents an exercise and the value determines the number of repetitions.

  • 2-10: Number
  • Jack: 11
  • Queen: 12
  • King: 13
  • Ace: 14

Shuffle your deck, flip the top card over, and start moving! The game ends when you finish the deck of cards. Take 30 seconds of rest as needed throughout the game.

  • Hearts: Lunges
  • Spades: Pushups
  • Diamonds: Jumping jacks
  • Clubs: Bicycles
