Asphalt Green instructor Abby Kaufmann is bringing Total Body 1 to your living room for an at-home workout tailored to active older adults.
All you need is a set of light weights, a yoga block, and a chair. No weights? No problem! Grab a set of cans and a book. Don’t forget to keep your water nearby!
Before you begin:

Make sure your space is clear of clutter.

Get all of your props prepared before you start class.

Listen to Abby closely for safe cuing and try to follow her pace.

If you need a break, stop, sit, and come back when you are ready.

Do not overstrain; if anything does not feel good, either modify or march/step in place.

Take water breaks as needed.

Focus on your breath throughout the routine.

Pay attention to posture – connect your mind to the movement.
