Volleyball Club Tryouts
Asphalt Green Volleyball Club is a competitive volleyball team for girls ages 11-18.
Our teams participate in the Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) and have their home courts at The Brearley School located on the Upper East Side!

Asphalt Green is hosting an additional round of club tryouts on Saturday, September 28th. We looking to fill in open spots and build new teams for our 12U, 13U, 15U, 16U, and 17U age groups. Please use the GEVA Age Qualification Chart to clarify which age group your player will be trying out for.

Requirements:
All players are required to sign up for a GEVA membership and complete a GEVA Medical Release Form before being permitted to participate in tryouts.

Note that you'll need a (free) SportsEngine account in order to purchase your membership. You must have a valid GEVA membership to participate in our tryouts. There are a few membership types you can select; either of which would be valid for participation in our tryouts: a current 2023-2024 GEVA Competition Player Membership, a GEVA Developmental Membership, GEVA Tryout Membership or a GEVA Summer Junior Player Membership.

Once completed, please print the confirmation along with a copy of your GEVA membership card. Bring both documents with you to your first tryout date.

$95 per player
What should players bring to tryouts?

What if I can only attend one of the tryout dates for my age group?
Please email volleyball@asphaltgreen.org to inform the coaches at least one day prior to the tryout date you will be attending.
