Congratulations to Carol Tweedy, Asphalt Green’s former executive director, for receiving a New York City Council Proclamation! On December 23, New York City Council Member Ben Kallos and his team presented Tweedy with this well-deserved award to formally acknowledge all the work she has done in the Upper East Side community. The ceremony took place at Kallos’s office headquarters. This Proclamation recognizes Tweedy’s accomplishments during her 20-year career at Asphalt Green, as well as her work at Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center.
