Aeroboxing: Blend martial arts and aerobic conditioning to learn basic boxing technique, including jabs, hooks, and uppercuts. Working at a heart-pumping pace, follow the instructor’s lead to complete no-contact combination sequences using light weights or body weight.

Try our new group exercise classes!
Boxing: Get a total-body workout in this high-energy, nonstop class. Sculpt tight abs, build muscle, get your heart pumping, and sharpen your mind with lightning-fast reflexes.
When: Wednesdays at 7:30pm, Studio 1
Cost: Free for members (maximum of 12 students per class)
Yoga for Athletes: Boost performance, speed recovery, and reduce risk of injury. Sequences target the muscles you use repetitively in your sport, including the hips, thighs, calves, and back.
When: Mondays at 6:30am, Studio 1
