Members are allowed one swim reservation and multiple fitness center or gymnasium reservations per day. Guests and drop-ins are not permitted during our first phase of reopening. View our reservation how-to guide.

 

Reservations can be made on a rolling basis two weeks in advance. The reservation window is open from 5am to 11pm daily.

FITNESS CENTER RESERVATIONS

All fitness center use is by reservation only. Members may book one or more 60-minute fitness center reservations a day. There are no in-person group exercise classes until further notice.

Members may book multiple 60-or 90-minute gymnasium reservations per day. Weekend reservations are 90 minutes; weekday reservations are predominantly 60 minutes with occasional 90-minute slots available.

Our new member reservation system, powered by MindBody, is live! Here are answers to your most common questions to help you get started:

Q: I’m a member. Do I have a MindBody account?  
A: Yes, the email address associated with your Asphalt Green account is already in the system. If you have never logged in, you will need to create a password.  

Q: How do I set my password?  
A: You can create your password either through the Asphalt Green MindBody app or our website.

  • To create a password in the app, go to the sign-in page (select the “Profile” tab), enter your email, then select “Forgot your password?” You will receive an email to create a new password.

  • To create a password from our website, click here and select "Need new password?" Enter your email address and select “Next.” An email will be sent for you to update your password.
  • Alternatively, select “My Account,” then “Need new password?” Enter your email address, then select “Send Link.” You’ll receive an email to create a new password.

Q: What should I do if I didn't get an email to reset my password? 
A: Check your spam folder. If the email is not in spam, contact support@asphaltgreen.org, and someone on our team will assist you. 

Q: When can I make a reservation?  
A: You can make a reservation to visit Asphalt Green two weeks in advance. The reservation window is open from 5am to 11pm daily. Reservations are made on a rolling basis. For example, on February 1, you can make a reservation through February 15. On February 2, you can make a reservation through February 16.  

Q: I don’t have the app. Is there a way to make a reservation through your website?  
A: Yes, you can make a reservation through our website. Access the reservations through our homepage.

Q: I have a child who has been approved to swim or work out in the fitness center. Does he or she need to create a separate account to make reservations?  
A: Yes, if your child has been approved to work out or swim at Asphalt Green, he or she will need a separate account. To get set up, we’ll need an email address for your teen. Please send it to itsupport@asphaltgreen.org and include your child’s name.
