Let it snow! Our typically green field is covered with a layer of snow. The only thing missing is snowmen! Bundle up and get your snowman-building skills ready. You’re invited to our annual Snowman Showdown tomorrow, January 24 at our Upper East Side campus!
Join us for a free family friendly day of winter fun, and get outside and moving! We’re welcoming all New Yorkers to our outdoor field to make snow angels and participate in a snowman-building contest. Bring a soccer ball, football, or Frisbee, and get ready for a good time!
New this year, we challenge you to build your sportiest snowman. Dress your snowy creation in your favorite sports gear—bonus points for creativity! New York City Council Member Ben Kallos and Asphalt Green Executive Director Maggy Siegel will be the judges. Prizes will be awarded, and the winner receive a three-month family membership to Asphalt Green!
