Camp Staff Training
After an interview process that includes formal background checks, our camp staff is trained in a variety of areas in accordance with NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygeine and American Camp Association standards. Focus areas include, but are not limited to: behavior management, conflict resolution, effective communication, first aid, aquatics safety, and daily camp policies and procedures. Our staff is prepared to handle any situation that may arise.
Camp Staff Experience
Your child deserves to have the best summer ever, and our experienced staff makes it possible. All staff are age 18 and up, and every head counselor has extensive working experience in the childcare or education field. The majority of our management team has a background as a classroom teacher. Additionally, we have a registered nurse or EMT on staff. Rest easy knowing your kids are in good hands!
