Enjoy the camaraderie of group training while enjoying the attention of individualized instruction in specialty training classes. Specialty training provides a high-intensity workout in a small group setting. Taught by our certified personal trainers, each class features a specialized workout and/or equipment.

Specialty training is great for achieving your fitness goals without committing a ton of time up front. Classes typically take place once a week and provide a fun and challenging atmosphere. Stay tuned for upcoming specialty training programs.
