Strength Training for Women
Elevate your strength and confidence with Strength Training for Women.
In this small group setting, limited to just four women, you'll receive personalized strength coaching and programming over six weeks. With two 90-minute sessions per week, you'll embark on a journey to build strength and master essential exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, pull-up variations, weighted carries, and Turkish get-ups. Gain mastery in pushing, pulling, rotating, resisting rotation, and carrying weights, pushing your physical limits and overcoming mental barriers. This class is designed to empower you in your fitness journey and boost your strength and self-assurance.
Cost: $695
