Strength Training for Women
Elevate your strength and confidence with Strength Training for Women.
In this small-group setting, limited to just four people, you'll receive personalized strength coaching and programming over six weeks. With two 90-minute sessions per week, you'll embark on a journey to build strength and master essential exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, pull-up variations, weighted carries, and Turkish get-ups.
This semi-private training program is designed to empower you in your fitness journey and boost your strength and self-assurance.
Program: Mondays & Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 3pm beginning Monday, January 13, 2025 and ending on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at our Battery Park City campus.
Cost: $765
Commitment: Two 90-minute sessions per week for six weeks (a total of 12 sessions in the program)
