Introduction to Core Swimming Skills

AGUA Swim Academy’s Core Classes are designed to elevate young swimmers’ foundational skills. Targeted for ages 5-16, these classes build upon essential swimming techniques, focusing on refining stroke mechanics, enhancing endurance, and increasing water confidence. With progressive instruction, our core levels guide students from beginner skills to advanced techniques, ensuring they master the fundamentals before moving on to more challenging strokes and distances.
