You’re never too young to start building healthy habits. Preteens and teens at all levels can benefit immediately from a youth-focused fitness program, including one of our most popular offerings: one-on-one youth personal training.
Asphalt Green welcomes all members under the age of 18 with a free fitness assessment to figure out where to start and what approach will work best for you. Our expert trainers will introduce you to everything the fitness center has to offer, show you how it all works, guide you through the basics, and set you up for long-term success with your very own fitness plan.
Our youth personal training sessions are customized to each individual’s goals and aspirations, and the personal attention from our trainers helps teens build confidence and community—along with strength, skills, and overall fitness.
