BUILD Healthy Habits with FIT CLUB
FIT CLUB IS FOR AGES 9-17
Split into pre-teens and teens, this small-group training environment is the perfect place to build a fitness foundation.
Pre-teens ages 9-12 will focus on developing balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. They’ll be having such a blast they won’t even realize they are getting in a workout!
Teens ages 13-17 will learn how to maintain proper form, and ultimately gain the confidence to work out on their own in the fitness center. Along the way, they’ll build power, speed, agility, coordination, strength, and conditioning.
