Frequently Asked Questions

Bring a swimsuit, towel, water shoes (optional for some classes), and a water bottle. Goggles are recommended but not required. 

Those with limited experience in the water are welcome to join. All exercises are performed in shallow or waist-deep water, and flotation devices are available if needed. 

Absolutely! Our water exercise classes are ideal for individuals with medical conditions or those recovering from injuries. However, you should consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. 

Yes, our water exercise classes cater to a wide range of fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
