FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Ages 13 - 17
Prior to using the gym (to workout alone), all members ages 13-17 must complete a free fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. The trainer will demonstrate exercises, explain how to use cardio and strength training equipment, and determine physical and mental readiness to work out alone. YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING
Ages 9 - 17
Many of Asphalt Green's personal trainers specialize in working with kids and teens. Learn how to safely and effectively use the equipment in the fitness center, weight lifting techniques, gym etiquette, and more. Book a session. NOTE: You may select any trainer type, you do not need to select "youth training" from the drop-down menu.
PRETEEN & TEEN FIT CLUB
Ages 9 - 12 and 13 - 17
Our group exercise program for kids and teens ages 9 to 17 is included in family memberships and available at a fee for non-members. Learn more and register.
