For personal training, we will match you with the best trainers based on your goals and build a customized training program utilizing our multi-functional fitness facility. Our specialty training classes feature specialized workouts, like kettlebells, TRX, and boxing in a small group setting.

FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: All Asphalt Green members get one complimentary personal training session. Get introduced to a variety of strength, cardiovascular, and functional training exercises.
