Chris LaCour

Chris has been teaching water exercise since 2012 in NYC. He was introduced to the workout while recovering from a snowboarding injury that led to surgery. He quickly realized aquatic exercise improves strength, cardio, and aids in recovery.  Since then, Chris has been dedicated to helping people revamp their fitness routines by bringing them into the pool for a challenging aquatic workout.

Teri joined the Asphalt Green staff in 1994 and has been teaching water exercise since 1978. She grew up in the water, swimming competitively until she was 18. She has experience teaching swimmers of all levels. Teri’s classes focus on improving balance, strength, and flexibility while being mindful of your body’s limitations.  Her favorite part about teaching is seeing students feel great performing day-to-day activities as a result of water exercise. 
 

Gabby Terzano

Gabby started teaching water exercise at Asphalt Green in 2016. She is a former competitive swimmer and still practices the sport for fitness today. She creates a positive learning environment in her classes with a focus on form. Gabby hopes her students learn something new each session, whether it’s a new swim or life skill. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the progress in participants.
