The AGUA Swim League is designed for advanced swimmers aged 5 to 16 years old. With classes for different age groups (5-8, 9-12, and 13-16), swimmers will build on their skills to enhance their technique, endurance, and competitive abilities in a team-like atmosphere.

Prerequisites:

  • Must have passed Core Level 3 or be able to perform kicking for Freestyle, Backstroke, and Butterfly.
  • Should have basic motions for Breaststroke in streamline with a kickboard.
  • Ability to perform repetitions swimming Freestyle, Backstroke, and basic motions for Breaststroke and Butterfly.

Swimmers in the AGUA Swim League will focus on refining competitive swim strokes, building endurance and speed, and mastering advanced techniques like the streamline dolphin kick, diving skills, flip turns, and open turns.

AGUA Swim League 1 (Ages 5-8)
