Connecting with others while social distancing requires a dose of creativity. Show someone you care about that you are thinking about them while getting physical activity. Here’s how it works:  

  1. Spell out the name of a friend, coach, teacher, or family member by doing thecorresponding exercises below.  
  2. Take a video or photo of the workout, and send it to the person who is on your mind. Challenge him or her to pay it forward by doing the workout too.  
  3. Post your video to Instagram and tag @asphaltgreen and @agkidsnyc!
