Connecting with others while social distancing requires a dose of creativity. Show someone you care about that you are thinking about them while getting physical activity. Here’s how it works:
- Spell out the name of a friend, coach, teacher, or family member by doing thecorresponding exercises below.
- Take a video or photo of the workout, and send it to the person who is on your mind. Challenge him or her to pay it forward by doing the workout too.
