New season, new fitness routine! We’re introducing new group fitness classes that will have you working up a sweat, sculpting stronger muscles, and burning calories—fast! Fall is in full swing, and there is no better time to mix up your workouts.
Both our Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses are offering world-renowned Les Mills group fitness classes. The fitness phenomenon that began in New Zealand is now at Asphalt Green—you will be hooked on these total-body workouts and love the results even more! In just 55 minutes, you’ll burn up to 590 calories in BODYPUMP™, which uses barbells and weight plates to hit every muscle group in your body.
Best of all, these new classes are free for members! Both campuses are also offering more Zumba, Pilates mat, yoga, circuit training classes, and others! Get your sweat on, and try our new classes at the following times:
