All four competitive strokes are refined in our Advanced class. With a focus on proper turns and swimming greater distances, this class also introduces Breaststroke pull-downs and standing dives.

CLASS DETAILS: Swimmers must be comfortable swimming Freestyle and Backstroke for 40 yards, swimming Breaststroke for 20 yards, and executing a standing dive. A teacher recommendation is required for Advanced classes.
