Basic Weekly Email Coaching

We offer different levels of coaching, testing and consultation so that you can get the right level of coaching for you. Our expert coaches will create a training plan to help you achieve your goals with a schedule that fits your timeline and your life. Email Coaching provides an individually prepared training program for your season and a weekly training plan geared to your personal needs, lifestyle, fitness, skill level and goals. You have unlimited email access to your coach for revising your training plan, workouts and pre-race strategy planning. Use of a Heart Rate monitor and our on-line training log is required. $275 3-8 months; $225, 9 or more months.
